Return and Shipping Policy
1. Customer may return new, unopened Unused items in their original product packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
2. Replacements and exchanges are not supported; customers can return their original order for a refund and create a new order for the replacement.
3. All returns will be inspected for completeness and damage
4. All returns shipped to Puretek require Return Merchandise authorization from Puretek (RMA) and must be added to the return shipment package.
5. Returns will not be accepted without a valid Return Merchandise authorization (RMA)
6. Ensure that the product you are returning is properly packed
7. You are responsible for the return shipping costs on all products.
8. You are responsible for the cost of insuring the product during return shipping.
9. If a non-conforming product is accepted for return Puretek reserves the right to charge a restocking fee up to 50%
10. Product that does NOT meet the requirements, we will photograph the merchandise and packaging, and provide a detailed summary of our determination as to why the return was denied.
Puretek may cover shipping costs for select order types. Expedited shipping is available in many cases at an additional fee to the customer.
Some special delivery services (e.g., Saturday delivery, signature required) may not be available.
